This will only perpetuate the false allegation that we need more regulations. The air and water is considerably cleaner today than it was 20 or 30 years ago. The U,S. businesses are so strapped by current safety and environment laws that they are no longer competative with other countries, hense loss of jobs from the U.S. that are now being done overseas. The consumer is also paying a higher price for everything due to commodities being diverted to green energy sources, that in truth cause more toxins and/or energy to produce than oil gas and coal. We are not the ones that are polluting the world but we are being driven to economic distruction while the true polluters (China, India and others) are getting rich on the manufacturing jobs they are now doing instead of America. This proposed bill is not good for America or the Ameican citizens.
