Now here we go again and from a Republican no less, and whats the first thing she does in the new House? Creates a bill to protect her job longer.
Apparently Rep. Sharon Tyler and her co-sponsors are just more of the same type that we threw out Nov. 2nd, and did'nt get the message either.

Our new Republican Full Time legislators have not even been in office a month and already they are telling us they need more time.

We need to clean house in 2012 again and include those who are only interested in feathering their nest as long as they can. Now that these people have won their office, they think it's an entitlement-like some third world President-for-life thing. No matter if the bill passes or not-get those people out! The Republican party deserves to become extinct if these are the type of people they continue to put before the voters.

Same old self-serving politicians. According to Tyler's Bio, she has never held a private sector job and looks like she doesn't want to get one.

Re: 2011 House Joint Resolution C (Extend term limits )

Obviously it has been too long since the term limits were put in place, or these folks haven't been paying attention. The idea was to ensure we do not have career politicians. It appears that Reps Tyler and Pscholka don't understand that, so they're trying to establish the means to become career politicians! I'm incredulous. Sen Proos was fortunate enough to be able to move from the house to the senate and may enjoy a 14 year career. The term limits established were intended to make that scenario a rarity, and for a reason. The timing doesn't work out for Reps Tyler and Pscholka (who have limited, if any, private sector job experience), so in their elitist world, they're trying to establish their royal path to retirement. Bullcrap!

We need to make it abundantly clear to our legislators that they serve us at our pleasure. If they vote for this measure, we will vote them out. Period!
