This is about the stupidest legislative effort I've seen! What you are attempting to do with this bill is open the floodgates for special-interest groups to sue just about any business, industry or activity to prevent them from even reasonable use of either their private property or puiblic property! Why dont you just go sacrifice an artifical chicken during the dark of the moon to your new 'environmental god' and allow this state to recover economically from the distriction brought about in part by your ridiculous nature superstitions and regulations?

Is this what we pay these idiots for- to introduce legislation like this? That out to be real good for our economy! The "D" behind his name explains a lot. We don't get the government we need, we get the government YOU voted for.

In light of this resolution, I would suggest another constitutional amendment to be brought to a referendum. All elected officials must be tested for drug use  and be examined for mental competence and stability on random basis, and when introducing legislation such as this and removed from office if illegal drug usage or if prescription drug abuse is detected. Findings of mental incompetence should result in removal from any State office and cannot be  used as a qualification for Federal office, including the Presidency.
