Thank you for this proposal Ms. Ebli. What else can we do when we feel we are being treated unfairly? I know we used to have an agency to go to when we had a complaint, but I don't recall the name of it. I do know that this agency no longer exists, and has been gone for quite a while. I think it should be put back in place so that we have some recourse when we feel we have been treated unfairly or ripped off. I know that we have the BBB, but it isn't the same.
