I don't think that you people should be "raiding funds" to use for anything other than what they are designated for. This is basically what has happened to our Social Security money and many other areas of funding of which are too many to mention. If anything, you should raise the amount of compensation that jurors and/or potential jurors receive when they are called to jury duty.
You need to work with what you have and quit looking to steal money from other areas just to protect your jobs. This is what the rest of us are forced to do with our meager salaries or fixed incomes. (It is called budgeting). Better yet, if you insist on raiding funds, why not deposit these funds into Social Security to make up for what you have depleted from here?
Please stop taking money from funds that are specifically set up for one thing just so that you will have more money to support your wasteful spending.
