     This bill is tremendously misguided.

Right now, Men (mostly NCPs) commit suicide at rates 4 times higher than women,

Friend of the Courts (predominantly staffed by women) frequently abuse their power and the imputation laws to create overly budensome support orders (to generate title 4-D incentiove payments),

Prosecutors and Sherriff's love this because it creates an easy "offender" popuylation that will have to move back in with family, making them easy prey for "Deadbeat Dads sweep" (an offensive term if one ever existed) when election time comes around.

Moms love the system because it gives them one more tool to try to keep the father out of the childs life.

If this bill passes, Robert Genetski can take claim of the further decline in families and childrens lives.

Further, the Blood of the the fathers who die at the hand of this bill lies at the doorstep of Genetski's office.

Welcome to Michigan land of the Unemployed and overburdened. Please consider a Mother goes to Court seeking either establishment of Paternity or dissolution of a relationship, the Court does not enter Judgment for half a year or more and then the Financial Child Support is retro-active creating immediate arrearages. Michigan FOCs are slow or refuse to order Child Support Withholding from Unemployment Benefits creating arrearages, even if the Fathers has notified FOC of a change in Unemployment. FOC is slow or refuses to order Support Withholding from Michigan State Income Tax refunds, even if the Father Notifies Friend of the Court to assert their priority postion ahead of other creditors. Friend of the Court does NOT respond to changes in a financial child support payors employment status, FOC may review once every two years, that is not the norm, and FOC is not responsive to change in employment status. FOC barely pays attention to the Legislature, Legislative Intent or the Best Interest of the Child. There are Fathers living on the streets or worse unable to maintain finacial viability (pay rent, utilities and indebtedness) while also paying child support, 1 out of ten are unemployed, and there is an increased cost to a Non Physical Custody Father simply trying to maintain his bond with his child(ren) while Mothers seek never ending creative ways to distabnce the children from the Father. This has been the case in Michigan for thirty years. This happens to about half of Michigans GOPers, does anyone bother to understand the problem and the extent to which you continue to promote Fatherless children and excerbate the situation?Mothers are not the solution, economic redistribution to Mothers is not the solution, it compounds the situation. Seek an economic disincentive to single mothers and watch the number of Fatherless children decline.
