What's next, an honorary drivers license for kids who took drivers' ed, but didn't take the final exam?
The purpose of this bill was to honor a graduate nurse who had an inoperable, aggressive tumor and was unable to take her licensing exam after completing her rigorous studies. She was awarded the "honorary nursing license" and passed away shortly after. Hopefully, jmfc is not a healthcare provider since his/her compassion and caring attitude does not exist!
