    2009 House Bill 5470 (Clarify pistol purchase and carry law details )

    Introduced in the House on September 25, 2009, to clarify a provision in the concealed pistol license law that exempts members of the armed forces who carry a concealed pistol in the line of duty from the permit requirements

    The vote was 103 in favor, 4 opposed and 2 not voting

    This bill only creates a "class system," basically saying that some lives are worth more than others.  A better bill would remove all restrictions as to where a legally licensed person can carry.  We need a mulligan!!!
