I don't think that clarifying the 'gun free zones' provision for out-of-state individuals is necessary. If a person is in the state of Michigan, they naturally fall under Michigan's laws as if they themselves are citizens of the state.
Heres a thought why not just do away with "Criminal Empowerment Zones"?
Or how about you may not carry anywhere in Michigan with criminal intent!!!!
Another law that makes ME a second class citizen. Isn't my life just as valuable as anyone else's? What needs to happen is the elimination of all "no carry" zones for legally licensed individuals, LEO, military or not.
