Introduced in the House on October 8, 2009, to revise details and procedures of the law that authorizes the suspension of the drivers license for an individual who fails to pay court-ordered child support, and add a new $45 driver license clearance fee to get the license back.  Don't know why many conservatives still are voting Republican when they are going along with Democrats on dumb laws like this. They can keep adding more fees and suspensions on the backs of dead broke parents you are not going to improve compliance until you provide them with true justice in the family court. I can not respect any lawmaker who votes for continuing laws that create criminals out of people who lose their jobs and can not find one that pays enough to maintain bloated support orders.
