    2009 House Bill 4999 (Extend utility truck seasonal weight limit exemption )

    Introduced in the House on May 26, 2009, to expand a limited exemption from the seasonal truck weight restrictions ("frost laws") for public utility trucks that applies to the utility’s subcontractors

    The vote was 100 in favor, 6 opposed and 4 not voting

    Do the huge trash trucks fall into the public utility ot subcontractor category? Seems like they just get bigger and bigger..
