Like the rest of this packet of new legislation, this should be supported and passed.  It's long overdue and all Michigan women deserve the full benefit of all safe, effective,  medical options (not to mention legal) that are available to them.   Only we know what choices are best for our lives and families - let's stop making choices for other people.

This set of bills (HB 5155-HB 5165) symbolizes a commitment to the citizens of Michigan to support healthy families through commonsense prevention measures.    Write/call/e-mail your designated congress people as well as all members of the House Judiciary committee, and tell them how important these bills are.  Defeating these bills is intentionally limiting the choices women can make.

The House Judiciary Committee is expected to consider these bills tomorrow (Wed., September 9, 2009, 10:30 am)  during their committee meeting.

Thanks to all the sponsors and co-sponsors of these bills.
