     It seems this would allow plenty of time to get real required business done and eliminate the time spent making up silly laws and unnecessary regulations.  I doubt there will be support for this but it should pass.

    Big Smile  What a great plan.  Finally, someone who is willing to limit some of the pork of the legislators' activities.  Now, what I'd like to see, is a cap to their insurance and pension benefits.

     They passed laws making themselves the highest paid legislators in the country, passed laws giving themselves annual raises, generous health benefits at 55 after 3 terms, ands have a bill in progress that would give all of them ( retired and active) a state police escort for their funeral and a state flag to a survivor at the states expense upon their demise. ( I guess they can't afford one at their salary). But this bill will go nowhere. You are asking the legislators to do something for the  the people-not themselves.
