Is this a way to start teaching Kindergardner's about sex?

Why would you ever take out teaching abstinence?  There are a lot of benefits to abstinence, at least kids would get to hear both sides and make a choice.  And why do students have to be opted out of sex ed.  There should be a law that says they should opt in with their parents permission.  I'm tired of government trying to instill their values on our children.

I've long been tired of (and disgusted by) other parents trying to instill their values on my kid through their own kids' bvehahiors and attitudes.  But I haven't been able to stop it.  The best I've managed with our child is to discuss, model and insist on adherence to our family values.  Our kid is a mature adult now, and this seems to have worked.  But it wasn't easy.  Doing things the right way often is difficult.
