I didn't know the hoods had a lobbyist in the legislature. I have a better idea. Why not just take the police cars away ans let the cops hang out at the cop shop until they get a report of an accident, crime etc. Then they could take a cab to the scene and take pictures,etc. On the other hand, this may reduce the drunk legislator chases..
