The people of this state need this to pass. The insurance industry in Michigan has pretty much run the state since the 1960's. They have made sure that many pieces of good legislation have failed if it may keep them from making even more money from the working people. The MCCA is the biggest raping of all the people in Michigan that has ever occured. It is time to open their books and prove that they have been stealing from us with every vehicle insurance policy we pay for. They have greatly inflated the rates and lined their own pockets.
