 Why don't we just let the government choose who will work for us?  They could set up a Bureau of Appropriate Employment and could perform aptitude testing at an early age, like maybe, 7 or 8 years old, and determine what career would best suit our young people.  This way we could make sure that employers don't discriminate unfairly and kids don't waste their time pursuing interests that don't fit them.  They would never have to face the humiliation of being turned down for a job and employers would never have to worry about hiring or firing people.  After all, don't we have a right to appropriate employment?  I hope one of our legislators reads this and pushes it forward.

I personally had great credit until I was struck with a job loss.  Like many others in this state, my credit fell as a result of my job loss.  Now it is much harder to get a job.  My work ethic has not changed nor my ability to do a job.  The fact is, Just like in car insurance, Credit Reports are not an accurate means to determin an employees ability to perform a job.  It is discrimination.  Not to mention it only serves to further the unemployement issues in our state.  Just an idea, but maybe you could think a little harder about your comments before you post them.
