The logic behind this bill is unclear. Why is this needed? So, just because a rifle has a folding stock, it's suddenly going to become a pistol? Isn't that a bit silly? This legislation seems like either a total waste of time, or one more way to hassle law abiding gun owners. Why not work on the economy and quit wasting time with this B.S.?
