this is over-reaching regulation by BIG BROTHER / NANNY STATE govt and an unwarranted infringement  on free market retailing and the consumer's right to choose.  for prescription drugs administered by a physician the information is already available and given.  resources are available for the consumer to research vitamins, minerals, supplements et al.  keep your political/lobbyist nose out of my personal dietary business.  is not the sponsor of this bill acting on behalf of BIG PHARMA who already has a death grip on our wallet$$$ ??? !!!  a significan co$t increase of RX is already stealing up on consumers.  HB 4318 will surely  and unecessarily ROB US  of more of our hard earned money.  HB 4318 will even further complicate the complicated and put even more onerous burdens on the Health Food and Supplements Industry.  what's next ?  will i need a doctor's prescription to purchase my Ginger Tea ???  $ay NO to BIG PHARMA !!!  VOTE NO on HB4318
