     Might just as well repeal it. No one was enforcing it anyway. The only time it was used was as an excuse to stop cars and look for other violations.  If they wanted to arrest people for that-they would have a lot of handicapped parking card people in court.

     I'm glad we got this worked out.  Now maybe the senate can go back to working on the little things like the  budget.  What kind of message does this send to the citizens of the state.  Can't get a budget done on time, but have time to work on the Fuzzy Dice Law
