    Legislators are not the sole reason for high unemployment rates, and should not be punished for a bad economy, which has many contributing factors. I'm all for keeping our representatives accoutable to us, but this sounds more like an attention grabing gimmick than a solution to high unemployment rates.

     oh... i don't know.. it might work to get them to focus on the job of lowering taxes, reducing fees, cutting red tape, and generally promoting a more BUSINESS FRIENDLY atmosphere.

    perhaps they SHOULD be punished for undoing all the good work that has come before, replacing it with leftist obstructionism.

    michigan constitution,  article 1. Sec. 6.
