     Finally, a bill put forth by a Democrat that makes sense! I didn't think it was possible.

     it would have made MUCH MORE SENSE to fine the CUSTOMERS who commit food stamp fraud.

    they are much more prevalent.

    and you are right.... it IS too good to be true... i wonder what the CATCH is...

    michigan constitution,  article 1. Sec. 6.

     I also wonder what the catch is.  It makes sense to punish the customer or the business depending on who the real culprit is in each case.
