    The Jan/Feb 2009 issue of Michigan Capitol Confidential carries a story about the Chassell Township Schools, how this little district puts its check register on the Web for public inspection, and how much larger school districts elsewhere in Michigan have yet to catch up.

     look... a school showing TRANSPARENCY AND RESPONSIBILITY.

    HUZZAH!!! finally one school gets it right. let's see how long it takes for the others to catch up.

    michigan constitution,  article 1. Sec. 6.

     Not just one, CrazyCajun. Chassel is just the smallest one on the list.
