When are you doing this? Are you saying you are repealing or ammending? If so, please do. It is the most ridiculously lousy thing to do to people, especially in this climate! I am disabled too and I never even did any of what I was charged with! I am only guilty of failure to stop. That is a $200 at the most traffic ticket! I have been without my license for over three years for nothing. I have proof too!
