     get rid of licensing and let these people come up with their own certification system if they want

     here's an idea... set up a degree program at the state universities, and simply state that no marriage counselor may practice without that degree.

    no licensing, and the state makes money on tuition.

    michigan constitution,  article 1. Sec. 6.

    Every person has a right to keep and bear arms for the defense of himself and the state.
