It is beyond comprehension that Mr. Condino has never read the Constitution of the United States, a little article called #5 and that DUE PROCESS thing must not resonate with his tiny brain.
Michigan needs to redo its entire legal code and stop filling our prison with non-violent citizens and fix this education system.
This is without doubt the worst legislature in the history of this COUNTRY.
