    How dare you

    suggest a requirement that we have the opportunity to see how are subsidy monies are being spent! I doubt if the Michael Moore types would approve. Is there any provision for a payback if the film is profitable or a state "windfall profits tax" if politicians decide the film is too profitable?

    There is no payback

    this is just a gift to jennie's "cool" friends out in khalifornia. Actually the taxpayers here (and there are fewer every day) are getting khalifornicated. Jen on the block thinks that using millions of tax dollars to increase business in one town for a few days is a good deal. It is, just not for us. Maybe the messiah will take her to his new crib to be an advisor. This will equal everything out, the rest of the states will come down to our level and then the chosen one can get started on the big job of bringing the whole country into equality with the third world.
