This bill, makes sense for Detroit, because
true market value of real property, is location-location-location. The assessors, of Detroit's real properties have not been honest, in their assessments of values, because of the depreciation of value; boarded up and burned out houses, closed up commerical areas and closed up schools. How can an assessor, find a reason, to
