    2008 House Bill 6405 (Revise state “health and safety fund” details )

    Introduced in the House on September 9, 2008, to clarify and update wording in the law authorizing the distribution to local health departments, hospitals and enforcement activities money in a state “health and safety fund” funded by cigarette taxes

    The vote was 58 in favor, 43 opposed and 9 not voting
