Introduced in the Senate on June 26, 2008, to require Friend of the Court offices that have received notice from the Department of Human Services under Senate Bill 1418 that a child in custody dispute is also the subject of suspected child abuse or neglect to notify the DHS of procedural developments in the custody case until a final resolution is ordered by the court
