Introduced in the House on June 18, 2008, to authorize the state Attorney General to bring action on restraint of trade violations under state or federal law in either state or federal courts. The bill would add the explicit authorization to act on federal laws. Also, to prohibit the use of court case settlement money by state agencies to pay for advertising or “public service messages” that include the image, voice or a reference to an elected official, or a politician who is running for office
