Green message gets Dogg'd

Trash cans dividing trash into compost, recycling and landfill are spread out across the Double JJ Ranch for the ROTHBURY festival. The message was for the younger set. But most of them were crammed into the Snoop Dogg concert across the Double JJ grounds listening to a hip-hop legend sing about drugs, alcohol and sex.
So, while 25,000 festivalgoers were jamming to Snoop Dogg, only about 200 of the "older set" -- those over 30 -- attended a Think Tank discussion Friday afternoon on global warming at the Double JJ Wagon Wheel.
"If you are under 30, this is your world," said L. Hunter Lovins, a world-reknown academic, social activist and environmentalist. "You are making it up as you go. We are either going to have a dynamic new energy economy or we are going to have a global economic collapse. It's your choice."
