despite all the laws on illegal dumping it was done here last year and with several attempts to deal with it (city of east lansing) the city has stopped me from obtaining any information of the dumping next door to me of 20,000 cubic yards of soil, tires, trash, concrete. the city is trying to stop any investigation because they allowed it to occur by developers and the ingham county drain comm. without any permits... deq has not answered letters.
