    Where does the 2/3 of the revenue go now??? Is it "borrowed" from the fund to pay for the many pet projects that seem to come from the Governors office and the legislature??

    State Land Grab Trust

    I don't want the state competing with private individuals for the purchase of land. Use the taxes you grab for the leases to fund existing recreational areas. I certainly never want the state to go into debt to purchase more land. The state should not be going into debt for ANY of the reasons related to land use that were identified.
