    Thank you.

Rep. Sheen should be applauded for his continued fight for the citizens who he represents. He knows what goes on in the DHS and the family courts and he is introducing quality legislation to counter the abuses that citizens of Michigan have had to endure for decades. Thank you Rep. Sheen for being bold enough to do the right thing.

    Parents for Children

Great, In 1997 before Benfield, their was 6700 children in foster care, today that totals 28,000, its become more about the money then the children. On top of that no one knows how many children are being murdered in foster care. Michigan has many good foster care parents but they do it for the children. Its time to move this bill forward, parents raising their children is the only thing that move Michigan economy forward. God bless, Rep. Sheen Dan Wilson Parents for Children

    GREAT!

It is so refreshing to see a state representative that acknowledges the problem in a system where winning and proving you were right matters more than the welfare of the children. I commend him for taking such bold steps to protect the sanctity of family, and give the parents a real shot at a fair trial.

    Great idea about RETROACTIVE statement

These workers are not held accountable and they need to be sued and kept from harming any more kids and families.

    Retroactive and include court workers

You need to include the FOC workers who are falsifying information. You also need to have this bill be retroactive. Many FOC workers are not even licensed by the State of Michigan. These people need to be held accountable for screwing up the lives of children for generations to follow.

The Counter-Balance for the Scales of Justice

As of September 23, 2008, SB 1421 is on the fast track to the Governor's desk. Now is the time for accountability to quickly follow. Accountability is more than the determination that law and/or policy was not followed; it is the ability to enforce the Michigan Constitution with the removal of conflicts of interest to allow due process. Upon information and belief, the Attorney General will not hold agents of the State of Michigan, by and through its officers, directors, employees, contracts, and citizens, who have been determined to have violated law and/or policy by a DHS (and if I may so boldly add DCH) Supervisor, SB 1421 as stated in part, organized under the laws of Michigan, who have obtained certificates of authority to transact business and make contracts to be performed in Michigan, accountable to their actions and/or inactions, because the Attorney General defends these aforementioned entities with the knowledge that they have violated law and/or policy. What should be the most uniquely established conflict of interest is that the Attorney General contemporaneously prosecutes the victims he is to protect. The end result is termination of parental rights, to sequester the acts of wrong-doing from the public. It would be a conflict of interest to remove immunity as the Attorney General would have to prosecute himself...and Bill Johnson, Superintendent of Michigan Children's Institute...and Chief Justice Clifford Taylor... This piece of legislation has proven itself to be constitutional, and, as of such, will eventually be left to die a lonely death of logic under the committee table, a Michigan Legislative pro forma. Re: Retroactive and include court workers

This needs to be retroacative to include everyone hurt by this agency, including DHS caseworkers, CPS workers. You gives them the power to destroy families that God created..True some families and people may need some intervention but they go to the extreme and often demand people attend counseling, etc. by unqualified counselors this DHS is all a racquett...I believe there is a lot of corruption at DHS and welfare..They need to take a good hard look at what they have done in the past.

COngratualtions..We do not know how many children are abused in Michigan's foster care system nor those that are missing and I do not think that the agency cares..They keep children in foster care isolated, keeping them from there biological families. They do not want anyone to know what is going on with the children. I think they even brain wash some of the children. When is this corruption at DHS going to stop and who is going to blow the whistle..I have tried and I keep getting no where but I am not going to stop..

ANOTHER case of Michigan having to write a law to make people, in this case government employees and public servants, be RESPONSIBLE.

the fact that false statements occur at all on official documents dealing with people's lives is deplorable. the perpetrators should be JAILED.

the fact that people who work FOR US have the ability to LIE TO US WITH IMPUNITY, without oversight,is even MORE deplorable. that means that the people we voted for are INEPT, IRRESPONSIBLE, AND UNCARING.

i say we start with the governor, have a RECALL ELECTION for her FAILING TO PERFORM HER DUTY AS GOVERNOR by NOT OVERSEEING THE OPERATIONS AND HONESTY OF THE STATE EMPLOYEES. then we move on from there.

if by the BEST, you mean the one who lost thousands of jobs, AND the big three automakers (they ARE all bankrupt... well... two out of three), and has the highest murder rate, and the highest unemployment rate, and the highest rate of business flight...

i COULD go on, but i'm sure you are going to define which criteria you use to consider her the best.

the only criteria that you COULD use is that she's a democrat. i guess that makes her the best... certainly it can't be PERFORMANCE.

mustn't be TOO hard on trueblue. he DID vote for mccain.

he said it was a protest vote. the liberals must not have been liberal enough.so in protest, he voted for the conservative.

for a group he refers to as bankrupt, he doesn't mind wasting his precious vote on us.

can't say we've 'won his mind' but at least we've 'won his heart'.
