    No Good

    More sprawl, more beige vinyl boxes. This bill is no good! Don't build a house if you don't have buyers lined up to live in it! There are plenty of people trying to sell good homes as it is, we don't need government making it easier to build more new ones that aren't needed!

    Look around ...

    don't encourage more spec houses! They are sitting empty all around us. I understand that you feel sorry for the builders who are over extended, but a lot of businesses are hurting right now. Why do builders get special treatment? I think this is bad public policy.
