Yep, another scheme to make hunting a big guys' sport. Only the rich will be able to afford a license when this happens. What a crock. The drawing system, although I don't like the way it is being run,is much better than allowing the big buck people an upperhand in getting a tag. Once again the guy with the bigger and deeper pocket will benefit over the Joe 6pack guy. Will our state go the way of Africa, and the out West states?
