I would strongly encourge the Michigan representatives to pass this bill as soon as possible. The DEQ is one of the major reasons we do not have economic growth and development in Michigan.I and many otherpeople I know have experienced first hand the totally unnecessary roadblocks they throw up when anything constructive is proposed.
