    So what???

Exactly what would be done with this information? What test would be administered? What is the reliability of such test? What are the requirements of the examiner? Who would receive the results? And, again, what is the purpose?

    Vision and hearing

These tests are only given in certain grades (I forget which). They are administered by the County Department of Health.

    most teachers can tell

at a very early stage if a child is color blind or not. they can also tell if a child is deaf. pity they can't tell the difference between ADD/ADHD and boredom.
