    taxed without representation

When city scandals cost the tax payers of Michigan no one complains. But people go hungry and jobs flee the state due to poor infrastructure. Its time efficency be made part of government. Only people paying for a service can appreciate whether or not its running well. Political favor should not be incharge of a resource we all need to attract business to South East Michigan.
