    How much is this going to cost the stores?? I can barely afford milk, eggs and bread. I can't wait for this cost to be passed along.

    will eat the cost. They always do, they never pass taxes and fees off to the consumer. The only one who pays for this crap is the end user or the guy at the bottom of the food chain. The dems that are looking out for the little guy always screw him in the long run. They should be thankful that the little guys are stupid enough to keep voting them in.

    The cost will be split 3 ways. 1/3 by the business, 1/3 by the business and 1/3 by the consumer. Snicker, snicker snicker!
