    2007 Senate Bill 716 (Establish who can get autopsy report )

    Introduced in the Senate on September 4, 2007, to identify which persons may obtain a copy of the autopsy report of a deceased patient. These would include the deceased patient's spouse, personal representative (will executor), the relative or other authorized person who consented to the autopsy, or the person who did so pursuant to a valid durable power of attorney

    The vote was 38 in favor, 0 opposed and 0 not voting
