    Unbelievable!!!

" (5) The For purposes of this act and the fire safety standard and firefighter protection act, the department or its authorized agents may inspect or conduct an inventory of a wholesaler's or unclassified acquirer's stock of cigarettes, tobacco products other than cigarettes, and stamps during regular business hours and inspect the related statements and other records required in section 6." So now that the tax is so draconian they have started an entire smuggling industry they need to figure out how to stop it. Now they can "inspect" your business at any time and say it's to "protect firefighters"? Cigs are just the start sheeple.
