This office is needed to help Associations who are dealing with an Entrenched Abusive board. No longer do the Associations goals matter, only the Boards. It is at a point where local television investigative teams are going to be leaked information, so as to expose the Boards activity, including NO elections in three years because the Board has refused to acknowledge the Association Bylaws.
