     how can a person who holds a liquor license SELL IT?

    doesn't the state hold ownership and control of those licenses? 

    and why are so few licenses issued?

    you would think that the more places selling more TAXABLE ITEMS would mean MORE TAX REVENUE, but obviously, the state of michigan doesn't think so.

    michigan constitution,  article 1. Sec. 6.

    Every person has a right to keep and bear arms for the defense of himself and the state.
