This is dumb (but seems like a predecessor for getting more tax revenue from tips). A better proposal would be to mandate employers and employees to account for all wages and tips. Keep Lansing from putting billboards on menus.

At $2.65, we should be ashamed, it is time to make the foodservice industry cough up more base tip credit pay rate, the current rate is only a few cents more than in 1983. Intoduce legislation to increase this to $5.00.
