    2007 House Bill 4938 (Increase criminal penalties for unlicensed architects )

    Introduced in the House on June 19, 2007, to provide sentencing guidelines for the additional penalties proposed by House Bill 4937 for an architect, surveyor or engineer convicted of practicing without a license

    The vote was 84 in favor, 24 opposed and 2 not voting

    My only comment is that this is where the bill seemed to be stuck last time, though I am not positive it is the same committee. I hope it doesn't sit here again long enough to die. I am hoping that the the Senate Economic Development and Regulatory Reform Committee acts on this soon.
