This is a terrible law. Leave it up to Vagnosy to come up with this crap!! What do kids use a toy gun for? To pretent to inflict harm of course. What kid wants their toy gun to look like a toy? We already have a law which states that if someone uses a Toy gun in an attempt to rob or steal, they will be considered to have used a real one. Our legislature should be getting rid of all the stupid laws like this and making all the important ones simple and understandable.
