Can someone explain to me why our government needs to get involved in this? How about requiring new condo projects to build all the same square footage condos? Who are we trying to protect here? Suppose I have a walkout basement since I am on a hill in an end unit My portion of the roof is the same size as everyone else. I pay more for maintenance for things like a new roof when my footprint is the same as everyone else?
