Rep. Nitz, having reserved the right to explain his protest against the passage of the bill, made the following statement: "Mr. Speaker and members of the House: The road funds should be used to repair the roads in the state of Michigan, and not be raided to balance the general fund."

the road money. To fix the general waste fund, quit spending money like a drunken sailor. We have way more government than we need in michganistan. Go home and get real jobs, Oh, can't do that because you're not qualified and you have ran most of the business out of here.
